1、设计原理:
1)油枪采用了一种全新的雾化技术—气泡雾化技术,利用流体力学的“两相流”理论,将低压雾化介质(蒸汽或压缩空气)注入到低压油里面,在一混合腔内混合,形成油包气的特定流态-气泡油,利用气泡的产生、运动、变形,直至在枪头出口处形成气泡内外压力差,通过其压差使气泡涨裂来雾化。
1. Design Principle:
1) Fuel nozzle adopts a new atomization technology - bubble atomization technology. Using the two-phase flow theory, the low pressure atomizing medium (steam or compressed air) is injected into the low pressure oil. Mixing in the mixing chamber to form a specific flow pattern of oil and gas - bubble oil. By using the generation, movement and deformation of the bubble, the pressure difference between inside and outside the bubble is formed at the exit of the gun head, and the gas is inflated and cracked through the pressure difference to atomize.

2. Applications:

3. Product features:
