1、 应用场合：

1) 应用于各行业领域内沼气的燃烧，常规沼气由50%～80%甲烷、20%～40%二氧化碳及少量氮气、氢气、氧气、硫化氢等气体组成，热值约为20800～23600 KJ/m3。

2、 沼气低氮烧嘴特点：

1)       沼气与空气混合均匀、燃烧完全，燃烧效率在99.9％以上；

2) 可以采用等离子点火器或高能点火器直接点燃，不受气候影响。

3) 不受压力影响、无论正、压还是负压均可实现正常燃烧；

4) 火焰刚性强、燃烧稳定、不脱火、不回火、不飘火；

5) 燃气瞬间发生波动时，燃烧器仍然能正常燃烧，不断火；

6) 沼气压力适应范围大：2KPa—50KPa；

7) 每一台沼气烧嘴都按照用户要求，量体裁衣设计

8) 工况适应性广：强正压、强负压、无氧、高温等；

9) 实现低氮氧化物燃烧，NOx排放浓度≤50mg/Nm3
